Somatic Coaching

Somatics uses the mind-body connection to help you survey your internal physical perception and experience to gleen information from your body on pain, discomfort and imbalance. Through somatic coaching with Britt, you are able to work with your trauma and deep stressors at the root at which they were created, at the nervous system. In working together, you are able to allow the psychic structures and somatic wounds, that at one point were detrimental to your survival and were repressed, to arise and reintegrate. Bit by bit, you learn to embrace all aspects of yourself and give up the internal struggle and long learned habits of attempting to fix or manipulate yourself. Paradoxically, when we stop trying to force change, transformation and integration naturally occurs and you learn that all parts of you are welcome.
